This was certainly one of the strongest Grade 4 contests in England for a number of years and although we played reasonably well it was no disgrace to be beaten by the two bands ahead of us - the University of Bedford sound was awesome. Just shows how far we have to improve ours!

The judges comments were quite complimentary although they highlighted a couple of areas where our piping performance needs improving.

A great result for the drummers (taking 2nd place), particularly after the poor placing at Corby - this was much more like it - well done to the whole corps (positive comments on the judges sheets about sides and bass section)

Again a very reasonable performance, particularly again by the drum corps (taking 3rd place).

Judges comments on both corps very positive but some work to do to make further improvements.
