We were very pleased with the performance in the arena. To us, the sound had come together and the performance was good although the strathspey playing was slightly slower then we would have liked.
One piping judge clearly agreed with our feelings about the performance and gave us a 4th placing (our best yet at a Major Championship for many years).
Unfortunately the other piping judge didn't quite see things the same way and placed us 16th!!
Needless to say we were bitterly disappointed with the overall result.
