Performance in the MAP event was frankly embarrassing - way too many finger mistakes from the pipe corps.
Fortunately things were much, much better in the grade four contest proper although some basic performance errors were apparent both in playing and chanter tone. As a result then second place was probably the best we could have expected.
We're certainly going to have to improve our MAP performance if we're going to stand a chance of making the finals at Cowal!
