After the disastrous day at Banbury today was a real test of nerve!

Very pleased with the way the new reeds handled throughout the whole of the day and a number of compliments were received on the tone. (Shame the final result didn't match, but oh well, that's the game!)

However 3rd in piping and 5th in drumming sees the two corps in the upper half of the placings for the first time and gave us a good indication of where we still need to improve to get back to the high of last season.
