Triumph Motors 'B' played for points only and scored 50.5 pts

An extremely solid performance from the A band and just a little bit of chanter intonation problems with the B band, coupled with an equally good performance from the new drum corps (2nd and 4th) brought about the above results. The work leading up to the contest was evident and numerous complimentary remarks were heard from the audience about the band's performances.

The interesting test will be in two weeks time when we attend the English Mini Band Championships at Shepshed.
