Definitely not the promising start that we've traditionally achieved at this contest!

What's possible more worrying is that we didn't feel that the B band had played too badly, so the result when it was announced came somewhat as a shock. However the effect has been to redouble the bands efforts to recapture a decent sound and improve the integration.

We'll know in three weeks time whether it has been successful or not as we've entered the English Mini Band Championships to be held at Shepshed in Leicestershire.
